Quilt will be returned via UPS Ground Delivery. Shipping and insurance, up to $400, will be based on weight, with a $15.00 minimum.

Neither Patty Butcher nor Katydids Quilting Services will be liable for mishandled, lost or damaged packages due to shipping.

For custom quilting, your quilt will need to be marked, please read and sign the Marker Waiver document and send it to me with your quilt.
